Restate The Moira

Restate The Moira, formerly known as “Mockingbird”, is an alternative-rock/post-hardcore band from Hong Kong. The band currently consists of four members: Miki Okada (vocalist), Kelvin Chan (drummer), Lor G (bassist), and Roven Loo (guitarist). They were inspired by bands like Paramore, Tonight Alive, Crazy Eighty Eight, and Dreamstate. They currently have one EP called “Incarnation” and five singles such as “#MosaicReflections”, “Pendulum Ride”, “Autumn”, “Poison (It’s Time to Say Goodbye)”, and “Poison (Japanese version)”.

In Greek mythology, “Moira (Moirai)” refers to the three goddesses who determined human fate using a thread. By calling themselves “Restate The Moira”, they believe no matter where they come from and how their paths crossed, this is always their own choice on what they want to eventually become. They “restated (changed) their fate” as a band.
