Rising from the ashes of a post pandemic world, born out of broken love and sheer luck, Occasionally Soft cemented their existence with a powerful mix of metal and emo through a chance encounter in the backstairs of Fo Tan. From the dusk of 2021 they have been in the works infusing each member’s unique style and flair into their music, creating a harmonious clash of heaviness and softness in sounds and themes. Being a classic trio they bring on energy larger than life, with decimating rhythms dashing in with moments of clarity, reflecting on the state of our lives and our place in the ever changing landscape. As individuals all with busy schedules, they grasp every available moment to encapsulate the essence of themselves, pouring a part of their souls into each track they make in order to build something greater than their own.
